I worked at the Sports Clips in Evanston that is being managed by Tina , and at first I liked coming there just for the enviornment ,but as time went along it became like an unprofessional situation. She was never there.
She kept promising training time which I never saw even after being there for 90 days. She never checked in . She calls you the night before wanting you to work. She changes things a hour or less in advance.
She makes you confident your best intrest is at hand until she fiddled you around enough. She has no management ethics . Her employees have more management ethics than she does. She has a great personality for a stylist not a manager of no sorts.
She is not reliable and her word is not credible. I personally think they could do better as far as management goes.
Glad i don't work for a corporation such as theirs anymore. No FUTURE recommendations will be made.
