Just like a Mechanic and Doctor
When you find a good one you stick with them. Sport Clips doesn't provide well trained stylist, the girl that helped me sounded as of she new what she was doing but couldn't cut a simple fade.
My haircut looked like she had taken a weed wacker to it and called it a fade.
I should have know better...unfortunately I am new to the area
and all that claim they are barbers or stylist suck around here.
Most of the decent ones are older.
The young ones
Unfortunately do not take pride in their work. Unless you want to look like Peso Pluma.

Reporting Racial discrimination
Sport clips corporate, I am writing to you to inform you and to report a very tragic experience I had at your location in Edgewater, Colorado. The assistant manager named Kristina (her managers name is Ana) racially discriminated against me, in favor of a white customer and was extremely rude, hostile, disrespectful and unprofessional to me.
She made racist comments to me, called me names and made violent threats towards me. I came into the sports clips located at 1921 Sheridan Boulevard in Edgewater, Colorado on Sunday, December 3 between 2:45 to 3:45 PM (phone number is 720-998-****) . I showed up to the store after making an appointment via the app, because I had received an earlier text message and a message from your app, saying that Kristina was ready around 2:45-2:50 and I was next to receive my haircut. Kristina, not even five minutes after receiving the text, instead threw away my check in/ appointment and gave it to a white customer instead, who hadnt even checked in.
So when I showed up, she was taking care of him instead, even though it was my turn and he didnt have an appointment, to the very best of my knowledge and I ended up waiting for nearly half an hour longer than I was supposed to, despite the text saying the haircut was ready before 3. After the customer left, Kristina then walked to a corner of the room and texted on her phone for about ten minutes and then eventually walked over and proceeded to bark: SECOND CHAIR ON THE LEFT! at me, without any type of greeting, asking how I was doing or anything of the sort. She then gave me an extremely rough haircut without saying a single word the entire time.
After the haircut, I asked Kristina for her managers name and what time shell be there. When I told Kristina that I would be reporting her for her rudeness, hostility, racism and throwing my appointment away, she then proceeded to shout at me and call me names instead of apologizing. Kristina made a racist, ignorant, hate filled remark and said something along the lines of: YOU guys are supposed to be smart/ think youre so smart! Well, even if that were the case.
Were at least not stupid and hateful enough to make racist remarks at work. Kristina also made a violent, obscure threat and said something along the lines of or similar to: If I saw you outside, I would smack the *** out of you. Which is extremely concerning and something that corporate and her manager/owner of the store should investigate. Overall, I wont be back at sports clips ever again.
I was a loyal, new customer who had been coming in once a month, spending a good chunk of money because I thought sports clips was a friendly, moral company. But Im not going to do that anymore, given that this company apparently hires racist, dishonest, violent psychopaths like Kristina. Your barbers shouldnt be ignoring potential customers, making racist remarks, or making violent threats towards anybody.
This was a completely unacceptable experience and I am truly embarrassed for the manager of that location and for the company. Fire Kristina and do better, please.

Terrible haircut
I came back to the store after three weeks from their cut I had been very busy. The guy that was going to cut my hair was the same guy who gave me the terrible haircut at once I found out it was him.
I said you wont touch my head.. he asked me why and I said because you didnt follow the directions for my haircut you cut what you wanted to. I have been getting my haircut there for five years and Ive never had my haircut the way he cut it and everybody else has been able to follow directions. I just wanted to get my hair re-cut in a reasonable way and also he started saying I was having a bad attitude.
The manager got involved and started siding. It seem like with the original haircutter and eventually he said I had a game in there with them a pissed off mood and a *** bad attitude. Thats when I told him *** you.
after more arguing, I finally just cited to turn around and walk out with him and her both yelling at me. Needless to say, I will never be back in that store again tell my haircut and probably will never have my haircut again with that company or any of their associated companies which is too bad because I really like the way they cut my hair, but it all depends on the employees that you employ and if thats what they want to employ and thats their idea of customer service I am out

I took my grandson 9 years old to the sports clips in springboro on Friday 11-24-23, we arrived around 4:00 pm, closing at 5pm, He got taken back, she took 2 cuts out of the back of his head she immediately stopped and said I cant continue he has lice, this was said in front of everyone!!(how embarrassing for my grandson), there is no way she would have been able to tell by the way she was cutting his hair for her to be able to tell if he had lice, he DID NOT have lice, when we left I checked his hair out in the sunlight NO LICE, I immediately took him to another salon and they happily finished his cut.
WE WILL NOT BE BACK

Issue
nothings changed nothing happened no one contacted me about anything. This is bs
I think it says Brookford on the map the one I always go to when I have a choice. The lady cutting my hair was very nice very polite, but she did not Cut my hair the way I wanted for the most part she did well, but she didnt cut my part in. She didnt go back and trim my neck up. She didnt use the massager.
She literally was distracted I guess would be a good way to say it and when I got back I had to finish edging up everything myself I did not cut the part in. Im not skilled enough to do that so I left that alone And she said shes been there for a long time and like I said she didnt do a bad job.
She just didnt do what the MVP is all about the extra special mile. I tipped her as usual paid my bill and left and I always contact customer service if I have an issue , thank you for your time
Rude stylists very disrespectful

no reply yet . Sports Clips has no viable customer service
she wouldn't comp the haircut because different franchise owner. so now I have $50 plus dollars in a haircut . reached out on sports clip .com left a message for the foreign guy who never answer or calls back and emailed also. some of the girls don't know how to cut hair.
period and all of your stores don't sell the season ticket which is a failure on your part period . customer service is more important than the sale of a haircut .
I own a company and customer service is top priority . The girls at the stores don't have a clue who their boss is or how to reach out to CUSTOMER SERVICE OR?blessings Dirk Dewes
We asked then to most trim it but they had other ideas. They cut my hair so short that I might as well be bald

How do you know he did not have an appointment, or are you ASSuming this because you think this is racial?
Everyone is racially profiling you. Every time something bad happens you are racially profiled. YEAH RIGHT.
