When I go in for a haircut I expect the stylist to take care of gettinng me into a chair and cutting my hair. Then I pay and go home.
At sport clips the staff watches tv or thier phone and tell you to sighn in. I chose not to interfere with their activities move on. The young lady seemed to be upset that I was willing to leave without signing in.
Had she been doing anything other than watching tv I may have signed in. But I believe customer service is beyond their grasp.this maybe the reason noone was in the lobby waiting for a haircut.
